Position:            JD039 BPM Consultant         

Reporting to:     Head of Digital Solutions

Salary:               £32K – 50K per annum + benefits (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

=         Design and implementation of BPM processes: Business Process Design, Business Process Modelling, Business rules, UI Design

=         Design and Implement BPM solutions by adopting reusability, scalability and SOA concepts

=         Understand customer business drivers, vision and objectives

=         Assist and advise customers on best practices and sound solution architecture

=         Deliver business and technical presentations to the budget holders and decision makers, emphasizing the benefits of the recommended solution

=         Understand and model baseline processes and provide technical input into target state requirements

=         Take ownership of solution quality by having regular show and tells and customer demos

 

Qualifications:

=         5+ years of technical consulting or 3+ years of experience implementing BPM solutions

=         Linux, JavaScript, HTML and CSS knowledge

=         Database (Oracle, mySQL, PL/SQL….)

=         Knowledge of Java

=         Experienced in Agile Application Development

=         Methodologies and Frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, eTOM, TOGAF ….)

=         Proficient with optimal, solution-oriented Data Modelling techniques and practices

=         Knowledge of real-time integration using webservices

=         Strong communication and presentation skills

=         Ability to travel to client locations as needed 


Work environment:

=         Based in our office in Theale, Berkshire

=         Some travel required to customer sites and other Symbox offices
